Company domiciliation in Geneva
1. Introduction
1.1 Finwise SA (hereinafter “Finwise”) is a company headquartered at 28 rue de Carouge, 1205 Geneva – Geneva, Switzerland.
1.2 Finwise provides a platform (the “Platform”) offering outsourcing services for human resources, insurance support, and IT solutions (the “Services”).
1.3 These terms (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Finwise and users registered on the Platform (the “Users”).
1.4 By accessing, using, or participating in the Platform, Users explicitly accept these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
2. Other applicable terms
Your relationship with Finwise is also governed by:
the Privacy Policy;
the outsourcing agreement applicable to your company.
3. Registration
3.1 Registration is open to employees of companies that have entered into an outsourcing agreement with Finwise.
3.2 Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and ensure that this information remains complete and up to date. Users have direct access to their account data.
3.3 Finwise has sole discretion to accept or refuse any registration and may revoke it at any time.
4. Use of the Platform
Users may use the Platform to communicate documents and information to Finwise staff, consult reports, and track services provided.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any confidential data uploaded may be shared on the Platform. Finwise cannot be held liable for misuse.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Payments
Services are invoiced according to the User’s service agreement. Payments must be made as indicated on invoices.
6. Limited license
Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform as permitted by these Terms.
7. Restrictions
Users may not access the Platform by unauthorized means, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Platform in any way.
8. Account security
Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and account access. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
9. Third-party materials
The Platform may contain links or materials from third parties. Finwise is not responsible for their content.
10. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property related to the Platform remains the property of Finwise. No rights are granted without prior written consent.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Finwise may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance.
12. Communication
Users agree to receive electronic communications related to the Services and the Platform.
13. Termination and access restriction
Finwise may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
15. Limitation of liability
Finwise shall not be liable except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and Finwise regarding the Platform.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
